With 25 years of experience under her belt, this lady can’t stop doing what she loves. Born and raised in Minnesota, her Grandfather was a barber and her love for hair was born. She is blessed with never having to work a day in her life because she shows up and gets to “live her passion”. While her smile is always bright, she’s determined to make you leave with that same feeling.
Lily
Lily has been in the industry for close to a decade. She has always gravitated towards the beauty industry because it is a meaningful creative outlet for her that provides infinite inspiration. What she loves most about this industry is connecting with others and making them feel beautiful inside and out. Her passion lies in cutting hair, her razoring skills are phenomenal and Lily loves creating effortless styles that embrace natural texture and beauty. You’ll be rocking that confidence from the inside out. Just like Lily!
Pernilla
This amazing human has been in the industry for over 8 plus years. With a heart of gold, this beautiful soul can make you feel and look amazing. While she is willing to take on anything that is thrown her way, she does it with amazing grace and a passionate heart. Our very own Swedish sweetheart enjoys meeting new people and helping them match their inner beauty to their outer looks.
Michael
Micheal has been in the industry since 2016 and carries a dual license! That’s right, he has both his Cosmetology and Barbers license. Mike has loved doing hair and after barber school realized that he wanted to learn more. While attending cosmetology school, he found a passion with doing more women's cuts and colors and then he realized. He has embraced everything about the industry, balayage and highlighting being some of the top on his list. Mike is also a Tucson native, attending Flowing Wells and UofA for behavioral health. His goals are set to be the best person that I can be and to continue education consistently to stay up to date on all things hair.
Jessa
This jem of a person has been with us from the start of BrennaVs journey. Her passion for the industry evolves and grows as quickly as she has. While being a leader both behind the chair and within our team. You will see her more behind the chair as her guests love and adore her. Lori has dreamed about becoming a stylist since she was a little girl. She started her journey in the early 90s and has never looked back. This amazing soul strives to make each guest feel special and to achieve that “walking on clouds” feeling. She’s passionate about creating a look to reflect all your inner beauty. Come sit in Lori’s chair and you will feel like you have just met your new best friend.
Carmen
Meet the head of our house operation, Carmen. This amazing, beautiful, friendly, passionate person is always there to greet you with a smile and help assist in any way she can. Carmen is a natural at giving top notch guest experience and, as a team, we couldn’t do it with out her. We are beyond blessed to have her. Her kind heart and warm spirit will greet you as you enter our space and she is our teams bread and butter.

This is the gorgeous smile that will greet you as you enter into our BrennaV space. This multi talented young lady is finishing her high school year while attending the Cosmetology JTED program. We are so blessed to have her as part of our team and looking forward to her starting behind the chair soon!
